HC Deb 17 December 1935 vol 307 c1555
83. Captain McEWEN

asked the Secretary of State for Scotland whether, in view of the delay in the publication of the Milk Reorganisation Commission's report, it will be possible, in the interests of milk producers generally, to arrange for the publication of an interim report?

Sir G. COLLINS

As the matters under examination raise wide issues of policy common to both England and Scotland, the commission do not consider it practicable to make a report until they have reached their final conclusion. With that view I agree. In these circumstances if will not be possible to arrange for the issue of an interim report.
