5. Mr. RITSON

asked the Secretary for Mines, whether he is aware that certain colliery companies are requiring horsekeepers in their employ to be responsible for more than the number of horses and ponies under their charge according to the limits of the Coal Mines Regulation Act, 1911, Sections 86 and 109, and Third Schedule, paragraph 4; and whether it is his intention to have the Act carried out as stated in the above-named Sections?
