Mr. HUDSONMy right hon. Friend told my hon. Friend the Member for Colchester that the statutory committee have given notice that interested parties should make their representations by the end of April, but that, in view of the number and importance of the matters before the committee, he did not anticipate that their report would be made until some time afterwards.
