SIMONBoth the Italian and Ethiopian Governments have declared their intention to give effect to the conciliation procedure laid down in the Italian-Ethiopian Treaty of Friendship of 1928, which calls for the appointment of a conciliation commission of four persons, two being selected by each party to the dispute.
