§ The UNDER-SECRETARY of STATE for AIR (Sir Philip Sassoon)Entire elimination of the Paris-Brindisi train 1831 journey is intended eventually, but I am not in a position to give a definite date. A service which will carry part of the Empire mail by air, to fly twice a week each way between London and Brindisi, is due to come into operation on the 28th of this month.
