§ Mr. LANSBURY
May I say, in regard to the Debate on Foreign Affairs, that we had intended to ask you, Mr. Speaker, to allow us some time to-morrow in order to initiate such a Debate, but in all the circumstances, and in view of the fact that much of the subject matter of the statement which the Prime Minister has just read is still under discussion, we propose to await the day which has been 1855 provided in the week after next; and with your permission, Mr. Speaker, we shall hope to-morrow to call attention to the national water supply.
