§ 34. Mr. HARTLAND (for Mr. REMER)asked the Minister of Transport whether he has had any conversations with the Cheshire County Council 1670 and other local authorities in Cheshire as to the roads under the 30-mile-per-hour speed limit fixed in unreasonable places; what the result of such conversations has been; and when those roads will be de-restricted in that county?
Captain HUDSONNo, Sir, but as my hon. Friend has previously stated, he is always ready to consider representations in regard to any specific roads to which it may be alleged that the speed limit has been unnecessarily applied.
