§ Mr. COOPERNo, Sir. I would remind the hon. Member that Lord Snowden, in moving the Land Values Tax Resolution on the 4th May, 1931, explained that it would be quite impossible to give even approximately the estimate for which the hon. Member asks until considerable progress had been made with the valuation.
