§ Mr. ELLIOTYes, Sir, a number of transactions have been reported for April and May shipment at 14s. 9d. to 16s. per 480 lbs. c.i.f. plus duty. Native wheat in France was quoted last week at 72 francs per quintal, equivalent to 43s. per 480 lbs. The answer to the last part of the question is in the affirmative
