§ Mr. HORE-BELISHAThe occurrence. I am informed, had nothing whatever to do with the supply of the Maidstone Corporation, and the fuse which failed was an ordinary fuse in the internal wiring.
§ Mr. THORNEDoes not the hon. Gentleman think that if all public buildings had an installation of gas it would be a great advantage, and is it not a fact that gas never fails in its lighting?
