§ Mr. LEONARDIs the Minister aware that if the stock on this farm be valued on the same basis as applied to the disposal of Fintry farms, the loss to the State will be £5,000, and will he delay proceedings until the Government decide whether legislative action should follow the Lord Kinross report?
