§ Mr. ORMSBY-GOREI am aware of the conditions to which my hon. Friend refers. The funds provided this year for the improvement of the Inner Circle Gardens have been spent, and I propose to include a further amount in next year's Estimates for the treatment of these areas, and for the admission of the public to as much of the space as is practicable.
