§ Sir J. SIMONAs I informed my hon. Friend, the Member for Camarthen (Mr. R. T. Evans) on 9th July last, the attitude of His Majesty's Government with regard to the obligations of this country under the Locarno Treaties was fully explained by me to the House on 7th November last in the course of the Debate on the adjournment. I have nothing to add to or to substract from the statement then made.
