§ Mr. ELLIOTI am glad to have this opportunity of informing the House that I have invited Mr. F. N. Blundell to be Chairman of the Reorganisation Commission for Eggs and Poultry for England and Wales, and that he has accepted my invitation. Mr. Blundell has served as a member of this Commission since its con- 355 stitution. He also rendered valuable services as a member of the Imperial Economic Committee from 1926 to 1931, and as a member of the Reorganisation Commission for Milk.
