Friend the Lord President of the Council on the 30th July last during the course of the Debate on the Consolidated Fund (Appropriation) Bill. For the present I can say nothing further, but I can assure the hon. Member that the Government are fully alive to the problem.
§ Mr. MANDERMay we take it that it is still intended to circulate this information and that the proposal has not been abandoned, as was reported in the Press?
