§ Mr. HACKINGMy right hon. Friend proposes to set up a Committee for this purpose. Sir Malcolm Delevingne, K.C.B., K.C.V.O., has consented to act as Chairman of the Committee, and my right hon. Friend hopes to be in a position to announce its full constitution in the course of a few days.
