§ Lieut.-Colonel COLVILLEI cannot do more than say that I hope that it is only the beginning of further purchases under the agreement, and it should be recognised that there were no herring at all purchased last year.
§ Lieut.-Colonel COLVILLEPrices must be settled between buyer and seller. The price is 2s. 3d. more than the last price obtained.
