§ Mr. ELLIOTI understand that under the Netherlands Crisis Dairy Act there is a fund raised by means of a levy on sales in Holland of butter, margarine and other edible fats which is used for subsidising producers of milk for manufacture, but that there is no specific subsidy paid on skimmed condensed milk shipped from the Netherlands to the United Kingdom.
