§ The PRIME MINISTERI have noted my hon. Friend's suggestion which, I gather, is based on correspondence which recently appeared in the Press. As he is, of course, aware, both the date for an Imperial conference and the subject to be considered are matters for arrangement between all the Governments concerned.
