HC Deb 16 May 1934 vol 289 c1740
1. Mr. GODFREY LOCKER-LAMPSON

asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether it is still the policy of His Majesty's Government that the question of disarmament should have priority over that of the reform of the League of Nations?

The LORD PRESIDENT of the COUNCIL (Mr. Baldwin)

I have nothing to add to the answer which was given to my right hon. Friend on the 29th January last.

Mr. MANDER

Can the right hon. Gentleman confirm the statement that the President of the Disarmament Conference has resigned?

Mr. BALDWIN

I am afraid I have not seen that statement.

Mr. LOCKER-LAMPSON

I beg to give notice, Mr. Speaker, that, if I can catch your eye, I shall raise this question in Friday's Debate.
