§ The UNDER-SECRETARY of STATE for AIR (Sir Philip Sassoon)I regret that precise information is not available in regard to the extent to which air mails are carried between British Dominions and Colonies over foreign air lines. In some instances only a foreign air service exists, for example in the West Indies; in others, a British air service is also available, for instance between India and Malaya, through Burma.
