§ Lieut.-Colonel COLVILLEThe Department of Overseas Trade is represented in Manchuria by His Majesty's 715 Consular Officers at Mukden, Harbin, Dairen and Newehwang, among the first of whose duties it is to assist and promote United Kingdom export trade.
