§ Sir J. SIMONYes, Sir. My attention has been rightly drawn by the Belgian Government to a statement alleged to have been made by Colonel G. Seton Hutchison to the effect that the late King of the Belgians was murdered. I feel sure that the whole House will join with 741 me in regretting the pain and indignation that has been caused throughout Belgium by this unfounded and irresponsible statement.
