Mr. William Nicholson further reported from the Committee; That they had added the following Ten Members to Standing Committee A (in respect of the Diseases of Fish Bill [Lords]) : Lieut.-Commander Bower, Brigadier-General Clifton Brown, Mr. Conant, Sir Robert Hamilton, Major Hills, Sir Alan McLean, Mr. Neil Maclean, Sir Mervyn Manning-ham-Buller, Major Mills, and Mr. Skelton.
