§ Sir P. CUNLIFFE-LISTERI have received a number of resolutions and representations on this subject, the answers to which have necessarily varied according to the nature of the communication. If my hon. and gallant Friend will let me know what resolutions or petitions in particular he has in mind, I shall be happy to give him further information.
