Resolved, That the draft of a Special Order proposed to be made by the Board of Trade under the Gas Undertakings Acts, 1920 and 1929, on the application of the Oldbury urban district council, which was presented on the 13th day of March and published, be approved, subject to the following modifications:

Resolved, That the draft of a Special Order proposed to be made by the Board of Trade under the Gas Undertakings Acts, 1920 and 1929, on the application of the Mossley Corporation, which was presented on the 13th day of March and published, be approved.

Resolved, That the draft of a Special Order proposed to be made by the Board of Trade under the. Gas Undertakings Acts, 1920 and 1929, on the application of the Watford and St. Albans Gas Company, which was presented on the 13th day of March and published, be approved.

Resolved, That the draft of a Special Order proposed to be made by the Board of Trade under the Gas Undertakings Acts, 1920 and 1929, on the application of the Matlock and District Gas Company, which was presented on the 13th day of March and published, be approved.

Resolved, That the draft of a Special Order proposed to be made by the Board of Trade under the Gas Undertakings Acts, 1920 and 1929, on the application of the Weston-super-Mare Gaslight Company, which was presented on the 5th day of March and published, be approved."—[Dr. Burgin."]

The remaining Orders were read, and postponed.
