asked the Minister of Health whether his attention has been drawn to the action of the Corporation of East Ham in refusing employment to certain painters on the ground of their not being members of a trade union; and whether, having regard to Section 6 of the Trade Disputes and Trade Union Act, 1927, he has taken any action in the matter?
