Friend the Member for Reigate (Mr. Touche) on 29th January, and to my hon. and gallant Friend the Member for Blackpool (Captain Erskine-Bolst) on 5th February last.

§ The SOLICITOR-GENERALNo, I can only assure the hon. Gentleman that these proposals are receiving the active consideration of my Noble Friend, but I am not in a position to say when a decision will be made.
