COLLINSI understand that the East of Scotland milk producers desire to elaborate by a deputation a memorial requesting that certain complaints should be sent to the Committee of Investigation. I have asked the Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State to receive such a deputation on my behalf in Edinburgh next week.
