Resolution reported,
That it is expedient for the furtherance of land settlement in Scotland to authorise the payment out of moneys provided by Parliament of a sum not exceeding two hundred and seventy-five thousand pounds as a grant-in-aid of the Agriculture (Scotland) Fund during the year commencing on the first day of April, nineteen hundred and thirty-four, and a like sum during each of the two succeeding years, in lieu of the sums specified as being available for the annual replenishment of the said fund in Section five of the Small Landholders (Scotland) Act, 1911, and in the Sixth Schedule to the Local Government (Scotland) Act. 1929.
