Mr. NOEL LINDSAY (for Mr. CULVERWELL)asked the President of the Board of Trade (1) whether purchases by the Russian authorities of British Empire teas, as a result of the trade agreement, have been made in London, or in India or Ceylon; and whether they are additional to the 1022 average total Russian purchases of tea made in India or Ceylon during the past two years;
(2) whether any material increase in the sale of British Empire teas to the Russian Government has resulted from the Russian Trade Agreement?
