§ Mr. RUNCIMANThe possibility of the use of Norfolk reeds for paper making has recently been considered by the Imperial Institute in conjunction with representatives of the Norfolk reed growers, the technical section of the Paper Makers' Association, the Rural Industries Bureau, and the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries. I understand that the technical difficulties have not yet been overcome.
