asked the Secretary of State for Dominion Affairs whether he is aware that during the Ottawa Conference an offer was made by a representative of the Government for the settlement of the dispute with the Irish Free State, one of the terms of which was that Northern Ireland should be brought into a federation with the Irish Free State; and whether he can make any statement regarding the matter? charged to each rank of students attending Army vocational training centres?
