As the Committee are aware, this Vote arises out of accounts for the previous year which show excess of expenditure in one or two small items. The appropriate Ministers are here to answer any questions that may arise. The Public Accounts Committee, in accordance with the usual procedure, have certified the transactions and reported that they see no objection to the Vote.
