§ Mr. ELLIOTThe question of the formation of the proposed Small Holdings Association for England and Wales has been under active consideration with representatives and members of the National Council of Social Service and the Society of Friends, and with other persons interested in this subject. I am not yet in a position to make a definite announcement, but I have every hope that it will be possible for the proposed association to be constituted shortly.
