§ And also, a Bill, intituled, "An Act to authorise the transfer of the Ramsgate Harbour and harbour undertaking to the Mayor, Aldermen, and Burgesses of the borough of Ramsgate, and to confer upon them all necessary powers for carrying on the said harbour and harbour undertaking; and for other purposes."
