§ Mr. LEWISDoes my right hon. Friend appreciate how greatly a strong lead from this country would improve the chances of co-operation between the various countries concerned in this matter?
§ Sir P. CUNLIFFE-LISTERYes, and we gave a very strong lead at the Conference; indeed, we were largely responsibl for its success; but a large number of colonies are concerned, and we want to be perfectly certain that in this respect they will work in common.
