§ Sir P. CUNLIFFE-LISTERThe Bill in question has been referred to a Standing Committee of the State Council. I am not yet in possession of details of the Bill on which, so far as I am aware, the committee has not yet reported.
§ Mr. GRENFELLHas the right hon. Gentleman been made aware of protests by workers in Ceylon against this new Bill?
§ Sir P. CUNLIFFE-LISTERNo. I think that under the Ceylon constitution the Bill is presented to the State Council and referred to the appropriate committee.
