§ Mr. ELLIOTI am very glad to be able to inform the House that Sir John Fischer Williams, C.B.E., K.C., has agreed to act as Chairman of the proposed Royal Commission. I have every hope that it will be possible to complete the personnel of the Commission at an early date.
