Motion made, and Question proposed, That the Special Order made by the Electricity Commissioners under the Electricity (Supply) Acts, 1882 to 1933, and confirmed by the Minister of Transport under the Electricity (Supply) Act, 1919, for the transfer of the undertakings authorised by the Caterham Electric Lighting Order, 1900, and the Woldingham and District Electricity Special Order, 1924, which was presented on the 11th day of July, 1934, be approved."—[Mr. Hore-Belisha.]

May I ask whether the rights of the Caterham Urban District Council remain unaffected by this Order, and whether their rights to purchase remain the same?

Existing rights of purchase remain unaffected.

Resolved, That the Special Order made by the Electricity Commissioners under the Electricity (Supply) Acts, 1882 to 1933, and confirmed by the Minister of Transport under the Electricity (Supply) Act, 1919, for the transfer of the undertakings authorised by the Caterham Electric Lighting Order, 1900, and the Woldingham and District Electricity Special Order, 1924, which was presented on the 11th day of July, 1934, be approved.
