The standard rates for season tickets on the railways a the amalga- 1929 mated companies were settled by the Railway Rates Tribunal under the provisions of the Railways Act, 1921, and he is informed by the London, Midland and Scottish Railway Company that the rates charged by them for season tickets in the Liverpool district are either the standard rates or rates below the standard. My hon. Friend has no jurisdiction in this matter.
