§ The CHAIRMANThat Amendment, as the hon. and learned Member says, is similar to, but it is not identical with, the present Amendment. The Minister of Agriculture is now moving into the Clause exactly the words which are underlined in the Bill: in the case of the new Clause he proposes to move, the words are not quite the same as the underlined Clause in the Bill.
