Mr. MACLEANasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether he is aware that the contractors for the supply of milk to the Colonial Hospital at 1531 Gibraltar are Spanish refugees; that the firm concerned have been convicted for supplying adulterated milk to the institution; and that the contract is still in force in spite of the comments of the judge who tried the case; and whether he will take steps to ensure that such contracts shall in future be given to reputable business houses established in the Colonies?
