Mr. ADAMSHas the right hon. Gentleman seen the report in the "Daily Telegraph" of a speech delivered last Sunday by the Secretary of the National Union of Railwaymen, and will Mr. Marchbank, in the public interest, be required either to repudiate or to substantiate those allegations?
