§ Mr. SHAKESPEAREThe numbers of new houses completed and under construction under this Act in the geographical County of Lancashire at the 31st May last were 2,032 and 1,620 respectively. The number of houses which had been demolished (or partly closed) under the Act in the county at the 31st March, 1934, was 1,940 and the number of persons displaced therefrom was 7,914.
