§ Lieut.-Colonel COLVILLEA large number of modifications in the New Zealand Customs Tariff came into force on 10th July. I am not yet fully informed as to the effect of the changes, but I will have a complete statement of them published in the Board of Trade Journal at the earliest possible moment.
