HC Deb 11 July 1934 vol 292 c316
32. Mr. SIMMONDS

asked the Prime Minister whether he can now make a statement with regard to the expansion of the Royal Air Force or, failing this, if he can state whether the Government will be able to make such a statement before the summer Adjournment?

The LORD PRESIDENT of the COUNCIL (Mr. Baldwin)

I would refer my hon. Friend to the answer which I gave yesterday in reply to a question by the hon. Member for East Wolverhampton (Mr. Mander).

Mr. SIMMONDS

In view of the importance of this matter, could the right hon. Gentleman endeavour to give the House previous notice when he intends to make his statement?
