§ Mr. HORE-BELISHAI have no evidence that the particular form of construction to which my hon. Friend draws attention has been a cause of accidents, but sometime ago my Department took up with the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders the question of interference with visibility in certain types of design. I will bring to their notice the point raised by my hon. Friend.
