My supplementary was intended, as I hope the House will see, to be directed to the difficulty of navigating any battleship of the displacement of His Majesty's Ship "Nelson" in narrow waters, but in so far as any reflection 368 seemed to be cast upon the skill and care of the captain, I apologise to the House and readily withdraw it, as no such reflection was in my mind, or intended.
