§ Sir J. SIMONI would refer the hon. Member to the replies given to the hon. Member for Caerphilly (Mr. Morgan Jones) and to my right hon. Friend the Member for Wood Green (Mr. G. Locker-Lampson) on Monday last, to which I have nothing to add.
